In Newly Created Executive Vice President Role, Shepard Assumes Oversight of all Programmatic, Digital and Performance Sales Under President Alison Levin
New York, NY – Dec. 10, 2024 – NBCUniversal today announced that industry leader Kristina Shepard will join the Advertising and Partnerships division in the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Streaming and Performance Sales and Partnerships. Set to join the company next month, Shepard will report into Alison Levin, President of Advertising and Partnerships, NBCUniversal.
As the leader of this newly formed team, Shepard will bring together key sales verticals including performance, small-medium business growth (SMBG) and all major East Coast independent agencies – as well as horizontal partnerships spanning streaming, programmatic, retail media, social and the company’s FAST networks – all under one banner focused on demand diversification and the client-wide adoption of digital partnerships.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Shepard served as Vice President of Global Advertising Sales and Partnerships at Roku where she oversaw the company’s entire global ad revenue operation, including enterprise partnerships and emerging media and entertainment sales. She was instrumental in developing new relationships and forging partnerships with clients and agencies who have since become Roku’s largest partners to-date. Prior to Roku, Shepard was a sales director at a leading mobile ad tech company. Shepard is an influential leader in the marketplace who has already seen industry-wide recognition for her contributions to this emerging business pillar.
